I just watched part of the supplementary material of the Criterion
Collection edition of Preston Sturges's "Sullivan's Travels."

There's an interview with Sandy Sturges, the director's widow, and she
makes some interesting comments about the similarity in directing style
between Sturges and Chaplin.

If you rent it, make sure to check out the interview. It's quite
interesting.
