Post subject: Warner Village Cinema / Vue - Charges
Archived from groups: uk>media>films (more info?)

I have just booked 6 tickets on-line to see a film at the local Warner
Cinema.

The costs quoted were £5.50 each ticket. I looked at the terms and
conditions to check no surcharges were going to be applied all
appeared OK.

I then received a mail from Vue saying I was being billed and extra
50p each ticket for booking on-line to cover their admin charges. When
I challenged them as to why I was not informed this on their site they
said it was under the terms and conditions. I have since revisted the
site and not found this area.

This posting is just to warn people that Warner / Vue, as far as I can
tell, presenting misleading and inaccurate information.

Has anyone else found this or am I being naive?
