I'm Trying to find out where the first zombie birth occured (that is,
a zombie baby born to a pregnant zombie woman).

My first guess is in Pete Jackson's Braindead (or Dead Alive in US) (
1992 ).

Anyone know of an earlier movie?

Hi there.

I think a zombie foetus attacked one of the characters in the Lucio
Fulci/Bruno Mattei Zombi 3 from 1988. I seem to recall this also features a
zombie head flying out of a fridge.

Cheers.

Don't remember a fetus attack in this one but the zombie head flew out of a
microwave.
