Hey,

I don't know who exactly to ask about this, so I'll start by posting
here.

While in town, I would like to do some clubbing in the area on
Thursday and Sunday nights.

I am looking for clubs that play house music (or techno as many will
call it.) Wouldn't mind seeing a big name DJ, but a good local
resident Dj who plays house will do. Anything going on in LA or Long
Beach those nights that anyone can recommend to me?

Thanks,
John Davey

I don't get a chance to do much clubbing myself ... but I know that a
number of places in the LA/OC area have club pictures shown here:

Club flyers are typically posted along with the pics, so this should
be a fairly current listing of the clubs in the area...

I'd also try OC weekly online. They would have bands and club info for
the weekend.

The Queen Mary is right down the block from Pine St, where the
nightlife is pretty good with lots of variety and resturants.
