That's exactly what I'm saying. I LOVED being a Phantom (although at my
size, I was sure the Time Warp was gonna kill me), but I'm sure it'll be a
different experience doing Rocky with a shadow cast as opposed to doing it
with a theatre company where Rocky was just one of many shows... It was a
great experience, though! If anyone caught our show, I was the big guy
hauling off Rocky at the end of the show with his face hiked up into my
crotch... (poor guy!)

Ah. I don't get over to that part of town much. It's amazing how little of
this area I've seen in three years...

We're going for screen perfection.

Our Frank was a bit disappointed that our theatre director wanted nothing to
do with the film look; he's thrilled to be getting back to the film. We did
do the Broadway version of the play, though, for the most part; there was
the lederhosen on the phantoms and the Sound of Music references, that was a
bit different. We had comments from people that saw the Broadway revival
that we did a better show! Our show was in a tiny theatre in a thrust
configuration, with audience on three sides... it was very intimate, perfect
for Rocky!
Our new show is in similarly confined quarters, again with audience on three
sides... and since it's in a club, that adds alcohol to the mix! We are
restricting the audience to using our goodie bags, though; our Frank has had
problems with people who think they're funny bringing squirtguns loaded with
bleach instead of water...

Thanks... we appreciate it! :) I'm looking forward to catching your show
once I have something indecent to wear! ;)
