looking for home cinema / media player system

Hi,

Currently i don't have a home cinema and i don't have an amplifier or
speakers.

I'm looking for something which combines everything (or almost
everything) i'm looking for but i don't know if this exists.

- DVD player --> nice to have would be a DVD/BlueRay player combo!
- Surround sound -> nice to have would be wireless rear speakers
- ethernet MP3 streaming from a NAS device (Infrant EasyNAS nv+)
connected to the home LAN network
- it would be nice if the speakers weren't ugly :-)
- i'm not looking for the ultimate in quality (i'm not an
audiophile), price is important too :-)
- capable of playing divx and xvid
- recording is not important to me...

Is a home cinema/media player device like this on the market?
