Post subject: home cinema system+subtitles

if i download a movie which isn't subtitled,burn it on a cd,can i play it on
a home cinema system with subs?i know that i can download the subs but how
can i make them running on the sytem while watching that movie?thx....i'm a
newbie in this thing so don't shoot me please...thx
