Hey,
since no-one is posting I thought I'd post a message. I have been studying a
lot lately, so no reviews for now.
I am looking forward to the release of the following movies though:
- eragon (fantasy, not horror)
- the messengers
- the return
- apocalypto (not sure about this one though)
- pathfinder
- the reaping
What are you looking forward to?

"Pan's Labyrinth" to open in the states. Also "The Pursuit of
Happyness" (Spelled wrong on purpose), and only because it's a Corey
Yuen film "DOA: Dead or Alive".

I personally can't get to worked up for "Eragon", it's probably going
to be a good movie, it's just not for me. Maybe 5-8 years ago, but not now.

"Apocalypto", I saw a trailer for this one about 1 year ago and even
after going to the website it was about 9 months later before I found
something that explained what it was about. The site had nothing and the
trailer made it look like 2 tribes were fighting each other and one
kidnaped a pregnant woman. It made no sense. The current reviews say
it's very kinetic and brutal.

Lastly I'm looking forward to seeing "The Host", but it's release date
just got pushed back from January to March. They are probably going to
dub it, but I don't mind sub titles unless I'm tired or they talk too
fast. Just in case:

I've read positive reviews about "The Host" and I've seen the
directors other movie mentioned in that review I linked. I thought
"Memories of Murder" was a good movie and I've read that this one is
better. If you're interested "Memories of Murder" is based on what is
believed to be the first serial killer in Korea.

OK, I love movies based on true events, always make me wonder what actually
happened, and it makes things scarier :-)
Thanks for the tip!!
