well, my only thoughts at present, are that there was no way of dealing with
potential threat beyond basic quarantine laws perceivable on such a vessel,
and it didn't matter if these human organisms died. And if they wanted to make
sure that everything was done above board, with safety considered, they would
have sent a research vessel.
