My favorite also, along with Mulholland Dr. and Straight Story.

Wild At Heart is not on your list, and many fans really like it. I
however do not like it at all, but I still think you might want to see
it if you can.
I also recommend strongly the Short Films DVD (it is expensive but worth
it) - if you loved Eraserhead then you'll love The Grandmother, and the
other bits are well worth seeing also - I even like The Cowboy And The
Frenchman (funny stuff).
Also, if you liked the Julee Cruise singing and feel of Twin Peaks, you
should hunt down and find a copy of Industrial Symphony #1, which I
think it is great piece of live performance art.
The Hotel Room trilogy is also well worth seeing, especially for the
first and last episodes - another one that is not readily available in
stores or rental shops perhaps but well worth finding a copy to watch.
I didn't care for On The Air, his HBO series (7 episodes) - too silly
for my taste, but some fans liked it.
You're right about Dune - it was a "big" film, but it was also not very
good (IMHO, of course). It is well-done, but like you, I just don't
care for most sci-fi enough to enjoy it (the sci-fi I like is stuff like
2001, Solaris, Stalker, Lathe Of Heaven). Some fans like Dune, though,
and some love it, but I can take or leave it. Still, it is very easily
available and well worth seeing.
I'm probably forgetting something, but these are some recommendations
off the top of my head.......
