could someone please tell me the exact way to download a movie from the
newsgroups?

Generally movies (and other binary files) are not welcome in newsgroups that
don't have "binary" or "binaries" in their name. They are huge and overwhelm
the traffic on a text based group. However, assuming a file is posted to an
appropritae newsgroup, it is encoded to be all text, and once you download all
the messages that contain the binary file, you need to combine them and decode
them. Common encoding methods are UUENCODE and BINHEX. There are others.
Once you've recovered the original file, you then need to be able to open that
in an appropriate reader (which depends on what kind of file it turns out to
have been).
Some services (like AOL) have an automatic binaries decoder built in, so you
can just click on a message and get the binary file that it (and its bretheren)
encoded. You should check to see if your provider or newsreader provides that
capability.
Binaries in newsgroups was a hack devised before other methods of sharing
binaries were common. Now the best method is to have the binary posted on a
web site and then post the URL of that site to the appropriate newsgroup. Then
the browser takes care of the details. Further, instead of having that file be
copied all over the world to people who may not be interested, it is only
copied to the people who ask for it (by clicking on the link), saving
bandwidth.
More details depends on the original file format, the text encoding method
used, and the newsreader or provider you are using.
