Looking for a film - Rosa Luxembourg (1986)

It's a west German film which is used as part of the Open university's
History of Film and TV course however they dont provide a copy of the film
to students...basically coz they can't find it anywhere but from NTSC/USA
sources.

i was wondering if anyone had a PAL copy of the film either on video or dvd
or even VCD they might be able to lend me or make a copy of for me.....or
even if they know where they got it or where I might be able to get it.
