Super8 film in the UK

Do you people in the know out there mind answering a couple of questions so
i can get using my recently aquired Canon....

So, who does the best deal for Super8 cine film in the UK?
And this adding of a sound strip - does it take place before I use the film
in the camera, or after dev'ing? And who's best for doing it?
