Hi all,

anyone know of any good 80's films like sci-fi or horror ? I liked The Thing
from the 80's, I dont think I saw the orig, but was good anways, ive got a
few like The blob etc, but there must be 100's of good films from the 80s ?

We all know of good films, but as everyone's taste is different, what I
recommend may not be your cup of tea. However, here are three 80s
vampire films released about the same time: Near Dark, a thoughtful,
atmospheric film that made little impact at the box office, fun and
scary Fright Night and The Lost Boys, pure trash with a catchy soundrack.
As for Sci-Fi, try Weird Science, although it is more of a teen movie.
I'll stop now, or I'll be here all day...
