Does anyone know where i can get THE COLONIAL MARINES TECHNICAL MANUAL
for under 100 dollars i have checked amazon and barnes and noble but
they sell for at least 100 bucks.

I've seen them pop up on eBay fairly regularly...

...Infact, right now there are 3 up for grabs on eBay.com :)
