please try to identify this movie

hey guys i already asked this on another movie forum but i have had no luck in identifying it yet. here is what i remember from the movie...

i have been searching for this movie for an extremely long time. i remember starting to watch this movie one day before school, many years ago, and i don't remember much except for a couple details. i think it was on hbo or something like that. i remember a scene where a scientist, who is wearing a white protective suit, is doing some sort of test with these test tubes. one of the test tubes or beakers gets stuck to his suit from the sticker labeling on the test tube (i remember this very well, it's really the only main thing i remember). the test tube then falls from his suit and breaks. i don't remember much more from the movie other than people are then turned into "zombies" and for some reason i keep wanting to say that the facility where this all takes place is underground. but that is just a hunch that sticks out in my mind. although i could be wrong about the zombies and the underground part, the main thing is the scientist scene where the "virus" or whatever it is is unleashed and i specifically remember the test tube getting stuck to his suit. i think it's an 80's movie. i appreciate any and all help. thank you so much!

I'm not entirely sure but it could be "Day Of The Dead" (1985) although I haven't seen it in awhile...
