Anybody know this movie? Help please.

Hello,
I'm trying to find this movie I saw on T.V. a while back, it's been years
ago. All I can remember is it's about a boy who goes to visit his
grandmother while his parents go out. The grandmother is very sick and ends
up dying while the boy is out of the room. He goes in to check on her and
sees she is dead. While he is in the next room using the phone to call
somebody, the grandmother starts calling his name which freaks him out.
She's turned into an alien or something along those lines, I can't really
remember anything else. Anybody remember anything remotely close to that
and can maybe help me out with the title?
