Trying to remember the name of a movie. Here's what I remember about the
movie itself:
The movie was about about the devil haunting an old farm. The opening
scene was a slow motion sequence of an old man being chased through a barn
and eventually falling out the hay door on the second floor. Sometime
later, a young couple buys the farm and then strange things start
happening.
Anyone remember this movie, I think it was made back in the seventies?

Nope, that's not it. I remember another scene from the movie, at one point
one of the characters takes a picture of the farm house, and when they
develop the film, they see some eyes glowing in the window. >> Stay informed about: movie identification |

I've seen that ages ago . Unfortunately I can't remember the name . If its
the same movie , a young couple with children move into a house in the
country and weird stuff starts to happen . The photo scene , where demonic
eyes appear in the background of a photo , is very effective . If its the
same movie , there is also a recurring image of metallic
witch-shapes/ornaments attached to a barn .
I don't think its the Borgnine movie .

No, it's definately not the Borgnine movie. You have it right though,
there's this whole scene around one of the characters re-painting some kind
of anti satanic symbol on the barn. This is a quiet horror movie, no
melting people or cults. There is a scene where there is a party at the
house, and afterwards a young couple gets killed in a car wreck when their
windshield suddenly shatters.

You've got me curious now .
