online film or tv site

I'm looking for online tv stations or movie sites, preferably in the comedy
field, who show material streamed online. Sort of like online festivals or
triotv.com although they don't accept stuff they haven't requested. Or
homesites of film festivals. I'm into making short films, mostly animated
comedy ones and I'd love to find a nice, serious site to which I can submit
my own works and possibly get it screened. But no bullshit, non-serious
sites or porn, please.

I'd also appreciate any tips about festivals that are a lot into animation
or possibly tv stations which show short film as intermissions and such.
