I consider IAWL to be an abomination. I haven't seen Lost Horizon since I
was a kid, but it was okay.

I consider IAWL to be an abomination too (Stewart's overacting is morbid
and the story is sappy anyway). Some might argue in defense of that
movie that simply no super-classic can totally live up to it's image but
I only have three words and some numbers for them: Wizard of Oz 1939.
