I didn't follow Elvis's career, but like with some other singers
and bands, I really enjoyed one live concert: Judas
Priest and The Police were two other such.

I saw Costello in a theater in downtown D.C., when he was
a new phenomenon there, 1977 I think. He must not have
had an agreement for an end time, because he went on and
on with the encores, apparently willing to play as long as the
audience wanted to stay.
