I'd rather watch the Lewis one. Poor White Trash 2 is a bloody dreadful
film. >> Stay informed about: rare horror films you'd like to see on DVD |

I have a bootleg DVD of Scarecrows, just basically the VHS version put to
DVD, but they did a pretty decent job.

Saw that on a double bill with Sssssssss as a kid. Would love to see
it again, although from the reviews on IMDB it appears it's pretty darn
bad! The black and white "The Werewolf" from the 1950s would be a
fun one to see again, too. >> Stay informed about: rare horror films you'd like to see on DVD |

I remember when it came out we hired the director William Wesley to
direct an episode of Monsters -- that pretty much killed his career. He
didn't direct again for a decade when he made "Route 666".

THE EVIL, starring Richard Crenna, Victor Buono, Andrew Prine.
Not a real well known film, but probably my favorite haunted house film. It
has some amazing scenes, especially the scene where the house slams closed
all the doors and windows. A scene that's been ripped off by many movies
since. I'd really like to see it released in a pristine version on DVD,
with lost scenes restored. When i first saw it in theatres it was unlike
any haunted house movie I had ever seen, and remains so. At the time,
Victor buono was more well known for playing comedic roles, and i had some
questions about the wisdom of his casting. Over the years, I've come to see
that he was absolutely perfect for the role. A great film, in my opinion.

I had a huge crush on Andrew Prine when I was 12 years old.

I'm older than you think. It was mostly for his TV work, like Barnaby Jones
and Banacek. Although I made my mom take me to see Grizzly. And Terror
Circus is a gem.

I would kill to own that house. It's a gorgeous house. I'm told it's
somewhere in new mexico, but I don't know for sure. Been looking for it
for years
