So, I finally had the time to watch the Grudge 2....

I am not easily scared, nor am I jumpy, but this movie made my skin crawl.
It's GOOD! It's better than Grudge 1, and it's better than the japanese
version!

It's very athmospheric, suspenseful, and yes, scary, at moments. Definately
reccommended!

I am not giving anything away, because that would be a shame if you haven't
seen it yet, but do go and see! It's worth it.
I haven't seen such a good horror movie in a long time.

i wonder when it will be in the shops? It sounds good from wot you say.
Was it in the cinema that you saw it? Or was it on dvd? I think that
you get things on dvd quicker than wot we do in england.

Is this the elusive "Screener" disc?

I think I'll be passing on this film. I know this is a USA/Hollywood
version but I've tired of the J-Horror themes. For that matter I've
tired of the direction that USA movies have been going. Movies like
"Hostel", "TCM: The beginning" and "Saw (Insert Number Here)" just don't
do it for me. Currently I think the only movie I'm looking forward to is
"Pan's Labyrinth" and that is only because it looks to be so much
different than anything else out there.

I'm pleased that you like "The Grudge II" though.

I've managed to get my hands on a few screeners in the past. It was
fun seeing a movie at home before it hit the theaters. It made my
pathetic little life seem a little better just knowing that I was one of
the first. Sad isn't it.
