You sure that english is your native tounge? "Poking fun at someone" is not
analogous to "Annoying someone".

You are confused. I wish I could help you out, but you have to do it yourself
if you ever are going to learn anything. You can't spoonfed all your life.

It's me questioning your claim that [it] is the reason I like it so much. Since
you are blissfully ignorant of any reasons I may like movie X, I wanted you do
elaborate - which of course you can't since you have no idea what you're
talking about - as usual!

Again - are you positive that english is your native tounge?

Says the guy that think the two above sentences where in contradiction to each

Since you are less intelligent than me - having you call me stupid would be
considered a compliment.

That's true - it did appear to be something that would move only with
deliberation. A rethink was needed to amke it plausibly quick-looking.

Yup, I suspect Sigourney here. She probably would have figured her character
was far too central to be killed off by a mere generci chestburster.

It could, but chance strikes me as an improbable risk for a supposedly
perfect life form. What if all the queens hatched and killed one another?
The larva analogy would permit another queen to be generated, while the
queen egg idea does not.

What I would envisage is some sort of array of overlayable senses giving it
a very detailed picture. The pair of sonars idea might lproduce an image
like one of those Magic Eye pictures, where if you focus through, it you get
a 3D image. A scent overlay and a heat overlay would then give a pretty
detailed view, with no use of visible light at all. >> Stay informed about: Aliens: things they didn't ought to have done |

Haha, exactly - she was way to megalomanic to think that a -normal-
chestburster was in her - nooo, she had to have some special QUEEEN
chestburster. :-D

I agree. I don't subscribe to the intelligent egg/facehugger/chestburster idea.
Nor do I like the whole "ant" idea either. But luckily, one doesn't have to
interprete Aliens that way either (unless you have some form of irrational
hatred, that is).

Agreed - but lets not speculate too much - the nature of the alien vision is
better kept a mystery. :)

You know what....
You're right.
I don't actually make any effort to recall the particular points of posts,
(because I find them repetitive and kinda dull, anal to the point of
obsession etc etc) I was simply responding to the *subject of my poking*
However... I am a fair man.
And in the instance above.. You're right.

If you have no intention to look up facts, don't post claims. It's a good rule.
And whatever you do - don't say "Nowhere above do you mention or even imply the
word fun" when it is written in plain text, right above.

"Made up"? What the F**K are you talking about?
I asked you a simple question. I'll let it slide that *you* have
very little understanding of the English language and the
meaning of specific words. I'll even let jokes you can't even
comprehend go right over head (because that *is* funny!).
But I did not "make up" anything.
Let's see if you answer this question, or just duck it again. Or
try to weasel your way out of it -- you're good at that!
Kind of sad, really, because you seem to have some interesting
thoughts about the series. Maybe you should spend a little more
time being articulate and a little less time being argumentative and
abrasive.
Just a thought. Ignore this post, for all I care . . .

You made up a position where I thought your hate was irrational. You did so
because you thought that my comment was based solely on one incident, and thus
you drew erroneous conclusions.

Yes you did. And I see you've chosen to insult me. How mature.

Not particularly. I never intended to answer your questions, and I said so from
the outset. There was no commitment for me to "weasel" out of.

I was never argumentative with you. I merely corrected those errors you had in
your statements and left it at that.

Why would I do that - you made the effort to write it.

Ahh you sad, sad man.
You know you're getting desperate for attention when you can;t even take an
admittance with good grace.
Oh well...

Oh he won't... He *really* needs the last word. Constantly.
Not surprising to see your exasperation though.
He gets you that way doesn't he.... People attempt to actually *talk*.
He just bleats... (Which *I* find ironic!) ;' )
After a while he's just so much white noise...
Dull, boring, repetative and evasive...
Not even a *good* troll!
Anywayy... I'm not even getting any pleasure from showing him up anymore!!
So...
What's this about these big acid bleeding creatures then??
