the cheapeast way is to project your film onto a screen or smooth white
surface and record it with your camcorder or through your camcorder onto
your computer into whatever app you use..
its not hi-tech but it works...
there are also those boxes you can buy at like Best Buy for around $50.00
where you point the projector into one side and the camcorder into the
other...does the same thing..ive never used one so i cant tell you the
quality..
i can say that i have a bunch of old b&w movies that i did this
with...projected theyre a bit yellowed, but my camcorder color corrected
them into a sharp b&w...it worked nicely for me..:)
