If I stay in I'll be checking out "Feast". I'll be finding out for
myself if it is any good.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0426459/

After that I'll probably be looking for something good on TV.

The other option is a midnight showing of "Halloween 4" with a scary
(?) burleque show.

http://www.originalalamo.com/online_tix/show_details.asp?show_id=4108

Unrelated but I plan to go see "The Last King of Scotland" this
afternoon. It's only horror in the deeds Amin did. Which is enough.

No you're not! 3rd shift? 3rd shift? A real (make that REEL) vampire calls
it the
Grave Yard shift! No self respecting vamp would ever be caught "working,"
they
simply enjoy life...even if it's someBODY else's. Unfortunately, you are not
a
vampire, so don't brag, and get too cocky about it.

By the way, today is my birthday. As a kid, I took a lot of hell for it,
but that wasn't all bad. Whenever I have to show my driver's license
I still get a few "oooo are you a goblin? etc. reponses.

Hopefully I'll get to see "Pan's Labyrinth" in the theater but the
States is getting a limited release December 29. I have got a feeling
that I'll have to wait for the DVD release. I hope it gets a good
distributor and doesn't get all chopped up.

Which "Pulse" are you going to watch? I have the copy of the Japanese
one, "Kairo". I didn't like it at first but after it settled in I
started to change my attitude towards it. The Japanese one is very
subtle in it's effect. I never got around to watching the USA version,
those I know that saw it weren't impressed. Of course I don't think they
really knew what they were getting into. The Original is a good
commentary about self isolation in the modern world. The main thing I
got from it was the loneliness of all the people portrayed in the film.

Who said I was being cocky? Actually, a REAL vampire would call it
"daytime." Then again, Dracula WAS seen out during the day. :)
