Just watched JU-ON 2

I Just watched JU-ON 2. It was far better than the first. The story was
better tied together and the atmosphere was more creepy.
I didn't understand the ending though. Was Kayako reincarnated and for what
purpose?
Any recomendations for other asia horror/Thriller films that are worth
checking out?

I have Seen the following and rate then thus (1-10) 10 being the best:

- Kairo(The Pulse) 9, very depressing atmosphere, but one of the best.
- Oldboy, 9 fantastic thriller and with a very good story
- The EYE, 8 also very atmospheric
- The Ring, 8 a classic by now and the film that "started" asia horror for
me.
- Dark water, 6 Not as good as The Ring
- Into the Mirror 7. Inspector Columbo meets Poltergeist 3.
- Tomie Replay, 3 Stupid and not scary at all.
- Uzumaki, 3 boring and stupid.
- Wishing stairs 3, extremely bad acting.
- Tale of Two sisters, 7 has some very creepy scenes and a good story.
- Phone, 7 good story but a bit slow.
- Cure, 6 weird movie which requires patience but not bad.
- Seance, 6 same as Cure.
- St.Johns Wort, 6 Cute little film but nothing special.
- Ju-on 6, had some creepy scenes that made the small hair on your arms
rise.
- Ju-on 8, Much creepier than it's predecessor and with better story.
- Audition, 5, very slow but with a wild climax.
- Suicide Club, 8 Weird movie with some great scenes.
