Post subject: question about zombie movie

Ok, so I have watched too many zombie movies, and I cannot tell them apart
anymore.

I remember seeing one in the 80's (that's when I saw it, the movie could be
older, I don't know), and in one sequence there's this couple, and the guy
gets killed by brain-eating zombies.
Then he shouts at his girlfriend; 'but I love you, you've got to let me eat
your brain'

Which movie was this? Anyone know?
